Universal Basic Income: How COVID-19 Reignited the Debate

Andrew Yang brought the idea of Universal Basic Income to light in his 2020 presidential campaign, which ended in February. Jonathan Herzog, a former campaign coordinator for Yang2020 and now a Congressional candidate for NY District 10, and Tom Shaughnessy, founder of Delphi Digital, explain this narrative shift and whether corporate bailouts have created an expectation for universal basic income policies.
